'SkillFinder' is a free service provided by Immigration New Zealand to help New Zealand employers search for offshore talent.
The simple four step process enables you to connect with our database of over 140,000 people, who have registered their interest in coming to live and work temporarily or permanently in New Zealand. Each has provided details of their occupation, qualifications and work experience.
To alert people to your specific job vacancy, begin by searching the database by job title. You will be asked to provide a few details about your job vacancy. Once you have an idea of how many potential candidates you can reach, we will then connect you to potential candidates using the job title you specify via a 'job alert' email. We will work with you to craft an appropriate email communication and send it out on your behalf. The email will contain your contact details so recipients of the email can communicate directly with you.
